I'VE BEEN COACHING 20 YEARS AND WISH THAT....
I would have had a system to support my health coaching clients and yoga students into deeper healing. Many times my clients would shift during our coaching sessions and go immediately back to old patterns, sabotage and fear.
Getting my health coaching and yoga certification didn't give me the certainty to help my students stop sabotaging their efforts and let them go for good.
Then, I worked in hypnotherapy, akashic and soul retreival work after wanting to give up on coaching. My healer reminded me to get to the root cause of my clients behaviors! So, I learned the specific techniques and healings that I could share that would have massive results. And after getting to the root cause with my clients and discovering what their unconscious mind wanted to share, we would uncover the true issues that needed to be healed instead of just being at the surface. I took several hypnosis and shamanic trainings and merged them so I could guide my clients into deep healing. They healed the past, ancestrial wounds, shadows and old patterns. And they were finally able release emotional weight and baggage they've held onto for years.
